Rick Runnels, C.P.I.

Rick, Lic. #873, has performed over 24,000 single & multi-family inspections, including apartment complexes & commercial buildings. He is a designated “professional” inspector, the toughest of all 3 designations earned through the Texas Real Estate Commission.  He is also a CPI, or certified Professional Inspector. Rick has been performing home inspections for over 25 years.

Brandon Runnels

Brandon, Lic. #9809 joined the company fulltime in 2007, although he has worked many summers in the family business. He was a graduate of Wimberley High School and attended Texas State before joining the EXCEL Team. Recently married, his wife Jessica is a real estate agent in the Cedar Park/Leander/Austin area.

Ann Runnels

Ann is the office administrator and handles the inspection scheduling. She is also available to answer questions about the inspection process, scheduling and price.
