Rick, Lic. #873, has performed over 35,000 single & multi-family inspections, including apartments & commercial buildings. He is a designated “Professional” Inspector, the toughest of all 3 designations earned through the Texas Real Estate Commission. He is also a CPI, or Certified Professional Inspector. Rick has been performing home inspections for over 39 years.
Brandon Runnels
Brandon, Lic. #9809 joined the company full-time in 2007, although he worked many summers in the family business while growing up. He was a graduate of Wimberley High School and attended Texas State before joining the EXCEL Team. Brandon and his wife Jessica live in the Bastrop area. Brandon and Jess have two children, Parker Leigh and Colton Jack. Jessica is a State Farm Agent with an office in Bastrop.
Ann Runnels
Ann is the office administrator and handles the inspection scheduling. She is also available to answer questions about the inspection process, scheduling and price.
